Baked Milk Fish

delicious recipe.”

Ingredients
• 1 1/2 lbs. cod fillets
• 1 1/2 cups 1% milk
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 tsp. lemon pepper
• 1 tsp. dried parsley
• salt to taste
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Direction
• Preheat oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F). Coat lightly one 8×8 baking
dish using cooking spray.
• Wash the cod filets then pat dry. In the baking dish, add in the fish in one
layer. Whisk salt, parsley, lemon pepper, onion and milk; add on top of fish
fillets. Sprinkle filets using lemon juice.
• Bake in preheated oven till fish becomes firm and flaked easily using a fork
for 15 minutes.
