Pumpkin Muffins

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Servings: 12
Ingredients:
● 7 ounces flour
● 8 ounces sugar
● 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
● 1 ounce pumpkin puree
● 3.5 ounces butter
● 5 tablespoons milk
● 2 eggs
● ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the flour with cocoa powder and sugar and stir.
2. Add the butter and mix well.
3. In another bowl, mix the eggs with the milk and whisk.
4. Add this to flour mix and stir again.
5. Add the vanilla extract and stir again.
6. Add the puree and mix everything.
7. Spoon this mix into cupcakes molds.
8. Place the dish in the Instant Vortex air fryer and cook at 360ºF for
9 minutes and then lower the temperature to 350ºF and cook for
another 6 minutes.
9. Arrange on a platter and serve.
