Salmon Tuna Patties

“These tuna patties have a twist. Both kids and adults love this
dish.”

Ingredients
• 1 (14.75 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
• 2 (5 oz.) cans tuna, drained
• 1 (10 oz.) package saltine crackers, crushed
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tbsps. canola oil, or to taste
Direction
• In a big bowl, use your hands to combine egg, crushed saltines, tuna, and
salmon. Form into 6 patties. Dust flour over the patties.
• In a big frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. In the hot oil, carefully put
the patties, put a cover on the frying pan and fry for 10-15 minutes each side
until crunchy.
